The Imperius Reavers are a Loyalist Space Marine Chapter created during the Fourth Founding in the 32nd Millennium. As successors of the Ultramarines, they inherit the discipline and tactical doctrine of Roboute Guilliman, their gene-seed progenitor. Their homeworld is Praedis Zeta, a Hive World located in the Vidar Sector on the Eastern Fringe of the galaxy—an area plagued by xenos incursions and warp-tainted threats. The Chapter’s armour features a striking halved heraldry of red and black, and their badge is a white Omega symbol superimposed over a gladius sword, reflecting their martial heritage and Ultramarine lineage.

Praedis Zeta is a volatile world, not ruled by noble families like others in the sector, but by strict Imperial authority—largely due to the presence of the Imperius Reavers. The Chapter enforces order with ruthless efficiency, and their reputation for xenos-hunting is well-earned. Their 2nd Company, known as “The Stormbringers,” are veterans of the First Tyrannic War and specialists in rooting out Genestealer cults. One of their most notable campaigns was the Cleansing of Praedis Zeta, where they purged a powerful Genestealer Cult led by a Magus named Bijall Calcearius, who had begun mutating the population using primitive Tyranid DNA.

Led by Chapter Master Vassile Belousov, the Imperius Reavers have fought alongside their Ultramarine forebears in major conflicts and continue to serve as a bulwark against alien threats in the Eastern Fringe. Their gene-seed remains pure, and their combat doctrine closely mirrors that of the Codex Astartes. Though they are not widely known across the Imperium, their deeds in the Vidar Sector have earned them a reputation as relentless and uncompromising defenders of humanity—especially when facing the horrors of the Hive Mind.
