== Background ==
The Valedictors are a Chapter shrouded in mystery, with little recorded about their origins or homeworld, though Imperial sources confirm their distinctive light‑green armour and post–Second Founding creation . Rhexan was recruited from one of the Chapter’s compliance‑world tithe populations, where discipline and order were drilled into citizens from birth.
